in 2007, the number of visitors to national gallery was

above 5 million which increased
significantly
over the next five years reaching three folds to over 15 million in 2012. This is the least popular museum at

but
it became the most visited at the

of the period.

Victoria and Albert museum has the highest number of visitors in 2007 at approximately 14 million. This remained constant in 2008

it fell down
rapidly
to

above half in 2009. In the next year it fell

and then increased

for the next two years settling at 10 million in 2012.

British museum is the second most preferred in 2007

it became the least visited in both 2008 and 2009.
