As most people spend a major part of their adult life at work, job satisfaction is an important element of individual well-being. What factors contribute to job satisfaction? How realistic is the expectation of job satisfaction for all workers?
Since most adults dedicate a significant amount of their time in their workplace, job satisfaction is
crucially
essential to happiness of an individual. In this day, a range of people work under flexible surroundings, while others
are exposed
to stressful conditions. In this essay, I am going to discuss contributing factors to job satisfaction and
explain
why it is impossible to ensure it for every
people
.

To
begin
, job satisfaction depends on several factors; salary, job
environment
and career advancement to name a few. Money plays a predominant role in job satisfaction. The prime factor which drives people to work is money. No matter how
cordially
we deny it, most of people work for money
because
it is
helps
to pay their bills and attain their basic needs. In most cases,
some
have their family depend on what they earn.
Furthermore
, working
environment
also
plays a crucial role in terms of contentment. Those who work under a flexible and pleasant and
environment
are like to succeed more than who works in a stressful condition. Last
but
not least, promotion is an essential factor in ensuring a delightful career. Most people thrive for career advancement and when they
get
it, they feel
absolutely
delighted.

Since job satisfaction is not universal, it is
simply
unrealistic to define a job perfect and completely satisfactory to all. While
some
people
are unsatisfied
with their job for money, others are complaining about future prospects. Even if both these criteria
are met
,
some
would find other aspects to complain about. In other words, it is impossible to satisfy all workers.

In the light of arguments I have hitherto considered, this conclusion is evident that,
some
common factors, such as, money, work
environment
and future prospects could be influential to job satisfaction,
but
it is impossible for all workers to
be satisfied
in their job.
